We tend to talk with our clients in terms related to managing a lawfirm, not in terms related to managing computers.

We are perhaps unique in the Chicago area in that we focus exclusively on the needs of the legal community. Even more refreshing is the fact that while we have worked with and hold certificationations for wide variety of practice management related software packages and are familiar with their strengths and weaknesses, we are not predisposed to using any one of them in particular.

By way of contrast, there are a wide variety of 'Time-Slips Consultants' or 'Amicus Certified Consultants'. These people tend to be very knowledgeable about their one product, but are weak with regard to networking issues or hardware, and can seldom provide detailed insight as to how their product compares to the other products on the market.

CASE MANAGEMENT
There are quite a few good case management systems on the market. We have worked with a number of them, including Abacus, Time-Matters, Amicus, Client Profiles and ProLaw. We also have experience designing, programming and maintaining custom case management systems from scratch.

DOCKET SYSTEMS
Many firms use a separate docket system. We have installed and maintained several. We have also designed, programmed and maintained custom docket systems for clients.

LITIGATION SUPPORT
Litigation Support covers a wide variety of software including the following: Courtroom presentation software like TrialDirector, Timeline software like TimeMap, Document tracking software like CaseMap, concordance software like Concordance or Summation's Blaze, etc. We have worked with a number of these programs and can assist your firm in selecting what products will be useful and how they work. Of course, we can install and maintain them as well.
