Custom Case Management System
Client Description: Worker's Compensation Defense Firm with over 50 Employees
Synopsis: The client needed assistance selecting a case management system. After reviewing several products available on the market with an average price tag of $30,000, the client asked us to build a custom system from scratch that would match their business processes more closely than the generic worker's comp systems. We built a custom program that tracked over 60 pieces of information for each matter, included links to the matter's documents and even tracked off-site storage box numbers for closed matters. The client spent less than $20,000 on this project and has been using the system for about four years.
