We have managed nearly every style and brand of network on the market, including Novell servers, Microsoft NT servers, Unix servers, Linux servers, OS/2 servers and several peer-to-peer networks as well. We have worked on a wide variety of network media and topologies, including Category 5, BNC, Fiber Optic, 802.11 Wireless networks and cellular based services (like wireless PDA's and Blackberry devices).

WORKSTATION INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE
A common task for our staff is installing new workstations and configuring them to match existing machines. We use a variety of tools, including 'Ghosting' machines to provide rapid rollout of multiple workstations. Our maintenance tasks include simple trouble-shooting calls, and more complex tasks like solving multiple profile/domain issues that can stump seasoned veterans.

HELP-DESK / END-USER SUPPORT
We help a firm's staff with all technology related questions. "How do I open this attachment?" or "Can you show me how to OCR a 20 page dep?" These are the sort of questions we can answer quickly for staff, making them more productive. While moving through the office to solve one problem, it is typical for us to answer 4 or 5 questions for the staff along the way.
