Overview

We provide 'service support' for most of our clients. This broad category includes network administration, desktop integration, hardware and software trouble-shooting and help-desk style support. Since we are familiar with our clients' practices and day to day operation, we are often asked to provide consulting services as well.

Firm History

Past Projects

Our focus is on providing IT services to law firms. Our most common assignment is to act as network system administrators for a law firm that is large enough to require on-going attention, but not large enough to justify the considerable expense of hiring full-time IT staff.

We provide implementation focused consulting to law firms and other legal professionals. By 'implementation focused' we mean that we help you make a decision as to 'what' needs to be done as rapidly as possible... and our primary focus is on 'implementing' that solution in your office. This distinction is important. As opposed to writing reports and scheduling multiple meetings and follow-on meetings, we try to get to the crux of the matter early on and get to the mechanics of implementing the solution. Familiarity with our clients' daily business practices allows us to streamline the scope-out phase of a project. This means two things to our clients. First, the project gets completed faster. Second, the final product costs less.
